📦 WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

🚚 SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)
Orders under $35:        $8.99
Orders $35 and above:    FREE ✅

⏱ ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2– 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

📬 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard:    3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods such as holidays.

📧 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's website.

📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received,

We will investigate and resolve the 
issue with a replacement or full refund.

🔄 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.
